Over the past 8 years, I, Dan Silveira have been working as a professional wildlife cinematographer for Harbor House Life. During my adventures, I often get to spearfish and this is where most of the footage is coming from. In this video you will see my method for removing, replacing, and running a flopper for a speargun shaft. Note, if you over tune the flopper, simply flip the shaft over and tap on the flat part of the flopper . This will loosen the pin.

how long of a fishing pole can you fit in it ? thanks great video
This is a 15ft kayak, so if you enter the center hatch, the rod tip would hit the interior stern from the mid point back if longer than 7.5 ft. since the center hatch is set forward, an 8'6" rod should fit. You can also use the front hatch if you want to stow a rod of 13'.
How deep do you go to get those rock fishes?
anywhere from 20ft to 100ft, but often in the 50ft range.

Northern California = 60-75mc / Central California = 75cm to 100cm / Southern California to Baja Mexico = 110cm to 130cm
